Managing customers in Discount Groups is easy with the new View by customers feature in the Discount Groups section of your Wholesale Pricing Discount app. With this feature, add or remove specific Discount Group “tags” from one or more customers at a single location. Follow the steps below to manage your Discount Group customers efficiently.
Steps to Add/Remove Discount Group tags to one or more customers in one place
- Go to your Wholesale Pricing Discount app from your admin dashboard
- Navigate to Discount Groups
- Select the View by customers option. This will allow you to view customers based on their Discount group tags.
- Now, If you want to Add/Remove specific Discount Group ‘tags’ from specific customers, select the customer and click the Actions button.
To add a specific Discount Group ‘tag’ to your one or more customers

- Find and select the customer/s you want to add a specific Discount Group tag
- Click on the Actions
- Select the appropriate Discount group tag from the options provided
- Now, click on Add button at the bottom
- Finally, click on Save to save your settings

- Locate the customer/s you wish to remove
- Click on Actions
- Deselect or remove the Discount Group tag associated with that customer
- Now, click on Remove button at the bottom
- Finally, click on Save to save your settings

Filtering Customers by Discount Group Tags
You can filter customers by their Discount group tags to streamline your “customer & Discount Group tag” management process. Here's how:
- Go to the View by customers in Discount Groups
- Use the filter by discount tags option to select the Discount group tags you want to view
- The customer list will update to show only those customers who have the selected Discount group tags
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage your wholesale/B2B customers and ensure they are assigned to the correct Discount groups. This centralized approach simplifies customer management and helps maintain organized and accurate Discount group allocations.
