This guide will walk you through the steps to integrate the Wholesale Pricing Discount app with Rebuy Personalization Engine.
By enabling this integration, Shopify merchants can seamlessly personalize product recommendations while ensuring wholesale customers see their correct pricing, discounts, and exclusive offers.
How to set up WPD x Rebuy?
Step 1: Install the Wholesale Pricing Discount App

Go to the Shopify App Store and install the Wholesale Pricing Discount app (if not an existing user).

During setup, choose the B2B-B2C Combined Store integration option to support both retail and wholesale customers. (Follow STEP 10 in this onboarding guide to complete the installation process).
Step 2: Install the Rebuy App

Install the Rebuy Personalization Engine from the Shopify App Store.

Follow the in-app instructions to complete the initial setup for Rebuy.
Step 3: Enable the Integration
To connect Wholesale Pricing Discount with Rebuy, follow these steps:

Open the Wholesale Pricing Discount app.

In the main dashboard, click on Settings.

From the Settings menu, select Integrations Setting.
Important Note: For a new install of WPD, the Integrations Setting menu is not visible, until our team activates it. Send us an email at themes@wholesalehelper.io or message us in in-app support chat to activate. -
In the All Integration window, scroll down and locate Rebuy Personalization Engine.

Click on Settings next to Rebuy, then click on the green Enable button.
Note: For a new install of WPD, the Integrations Setting menu is not visible, until our team activates it. The integration may take up to 2 minutes to fully activate.
Step 4: Configure Your Wholesale Pricing

In the Wholesale Pricing Discount app, set up your wholesale pricing and discounts for different customer groups.

Once configured, Rebuy will automatically display personalized product recommendations while ensuring wholesale customers see the correct pricing.
Limitations
The integration of WPD supports most of Rebuy’s modules, with a few exceptions:
1. Post-purchase popups
2. Gift with purchase
3. Shoppable Order History (Buy It Again)
4. Add to Cart Subscription Upsell (Popup)
Additionally, the following settings should be toggled in Rebuy:
1. Smart Cart must redirect to the cart page, not checkout
2. “Disable cart page” must be disabled
