To help with theme integration or troubleshooting, you can give our team staff access by adding themes@wholesalehelper.io as a user in your Shopify admin. Your Shopify settings menu may look slightly different depending on your store.
Shopify shows two different user settings menus depending on your admin version:
Some stores see Settings → Users
Others see Settings → Users and permissions
Follow the steps that match what you see.
Before you start
You must be the Store owner or have permission to manage users in the Shopify admin. If you don't have permission to manage users, you can ask the store owner (or partner who created the store) to send the invite.
We recommend giving minimum required access (listed below).
If you see Settings → Users (new admin)
Go to Shopify admin → Settings → Users
Click '+Add users' in the Users
Enter Email:
themes@wholesalehelper.ioClick on the Add Users button to add the user.
Now, under Roles, click on '+Assign' and in the User type, scroll to the bottom to '+Create new role' and click on it.
Create a new role > add name as Wholesale Helper > Add a suitable Description (for ex, Dev Team) > in Permissions, select Store (as shown in the image below):
Now, in the Permissions, mark the following permission checkboxes as shown in the image below:
Then click on the Save and assign button (as shown in the above image).
- Now, don't forget to click on the Save button to save your role and permissions. And that's it.
If you see Settings → Users and permissions (legacy admin/Development Store)
Go to Shopify admin → Settings → Users and permissions
Click on Add staff.
On the Add Staff page, enter
Wholesale Lock Managerin the name field andthemes@wholesalehelper.ioin the Email field.
Now, in the Store Permissions, mark the following permission checkboxes. (Same as mentioned in the above steps)
Click on Send Invite. And that's it.
What happens next
Our team will accept the invite and start working on the integration/troubleshooting.
If your storefront is password-protected, please share the password with us (so we can test the storefront changes).
Please note that the service level agreement (SLA) for completion is two business days, unless we need to address any matters with you beforehand. Rest assured, we will keep you updated via email throughout this entire process!
