Overview
The Analytics Dashboard gives you insights into how customers interact with your Wholesale Order Form and ReOrder Form. It tracks "Add to Cart" button clicks — not finalized orders — so you can understand purchasing behaviour, identify top products, and measure customer retention over time.
📌 Note: Analytics data reflects app engagement (Add to Cart clicks) and does not correspond to actual completed orders.
Accessing the Dashboard
- Open the WSH Order Form & ReOrder app from your Shopify Admin.
- Click on Analytics in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Use the date picker at the top to select your desired date range.
Changing the Date Range
By default, the dashboard shows data for the last 30 days. To change this:
- Click the calendar icon next to the date range shown at the top of the dashboard (e.g., 15/03/2026 – 14/04/2026).
- Select your desired start and end dates.
- The dashboard will refresh automatically.
Dashboard Sections
The Analytics Dashboard is divided into five sections. Availability depends on your plan.
1. Loyalty Pulse (Order vs. Reorder) — Enterprise Plan
This widget shows the split between clicks originating from the Order Form versus the ReOrder Form.
- A high Order Form percentage means you are strong at acquiring new customers.
- A growing ReOrder Form percentage means your retention strategy is working.
What to look for: If almost all activity comes from the Order Form, consider strategies to bring customers back for repeat orders.
2. Reorder Velocity — Enterprise Plan
A line graph showing the trend of ReOrder Form activity over your selected period.
- An upward trend means repeat business through the app is growing.
- A flat or declining line may indicate customers are not returning to reorder.
What to look for: Use this graph to measure whether your reorder strategy is gaining momentum over time.
3. Anonymous vs. Known Gap — All Plans
This chart compares cart activity from logged-in customers versus guest users across two metrics:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Cart Adds | How many times each group clicked Add to Cart |
| Average items added to cart | Average quantity per cart-add event |
- If guests account for a large share of activity, consider encouraging them to create accounts on your store.
- If logged-in customers add significantly more items on average, this demonstrates the value of your loyalty or account programme.
📌 Note: If you see "No sufficient data yet," this means not enough events have been recorded in the selected date range. Try expanding your date range.
4. Bulk Buyer Leaderboard — All Plans
A ranked list of products by total units added to cart (not just how many times they appeared in orders).
- This helps you identify "whale" products — items that may not appear often but are added in large quantities each time.
- Use this to prioritise inventory restocking and spot hidden high-demand SKUs.
📌 Note: If you see "No products found," try adjusting your date range or check that customers have been using the order form within that period.
5. Wholesale Leads — All Plans
A ranked list of customers by total quantity added to cart over the selected period.
- Customers at the top of this list behave like wholesale buyers even if they are not formally enrolled in a wholesale programme.
- Use this list to reach out and offer wholesale pricing or terms proactively.
📌 Note: If you see "No customers found," try expanding your date range.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the dashboard show "No sufficient data yet"?
This appears when there is not enough activity recorded for the selected date range. Try selecting a wider date range or confirm that customers have been using the Order Form or ReOrder Form.
Does the Analytics Dashboard track actual orders?
No. The dashboard tracks Add to Cart clicks on the order form, not completed or finalized orders. Think of it as engagement data, not sales data.
Which features require an Enterprise plan?
Loyalty Pulse and Reorder Velocity are available on the Enterprise plan only. Bulk Buyer Leaderboard, Anonymous vs. Known Gap, and Wholesale Leads are available on all plans.
How often is data updated?
Data is updated in real time as Add to Cart events occur on your store.
