Wholesale Lock Manager now lets you manage shared Hide Elements settings from one centralized page.
The Hide Elements Settings page lets you manage the default replacement text, redirects, and styling used across your Hide Price rules.
You can configure different experiences for guest visitors and logged-in customers who do not have the required customer tag or email.
Open Hide Elements Settings
- Go to Shopify Admin → Apps → Wholesale Lock Manager.
- Open Hide Elements Settings from the left menu.
From this page, you can configure:
- Replacement text for guest visitors
- Redirects for guest visitors
- Replacement text for logged-in customers without a matching tag or email
- Redirects for logged-in customers
- Optional CSS styling
- Live Preview
Configure the Guest Experience
Under Guest Experience, enter the text you want to show instead of the product price for visitors who are not logged in.
For example:
Login to view price
Next, choose where visitors should be redirected when they click the replacement text:
- Login page – Sends them to your store's login page
- A page on your store – Sends them to a selected store page
- Custom URL – Sends them to a URL of your choice
Configure the Logged-in Customer Experience
You can also configure what happens when a customer is logged in but does not have the customer tag or email required by your Hide Price rule.
Enter the replacement text you want these customers to see.
Then choose where they should be redirected:
- A page on your store
- Custom URL
For a Custom URL, you can enter either a full URL or a relative path, such as:
https://example.com/wholesale-registration
or
/pages/wholesale-registration
Customize the Replacement Text
Under Appearance, you can optionally add CSS to customize how the replacement text appears on your storefront.
For example:
color: red;font-weight: bold;
Preview the Experience
Use Live Preview to check how your replacement text will appear before using the settings on your storefront.
You can switch between:
- Guest (not logged in)
- Logged in (no tag)
The preview updates as you make changes.
Important Note
These settings are shared across your Hide Price rules.
Your individual Hide Element rules still determine:
- Which customers the rule applies to
- Which products or collections are included
- Whether prices should be hidden
The Hide Elements Settings page controls the replacement text, redirects, and styling shown when those Hide Price rules apply.
