Wholesale Lock Manager: B2B lets you control the visibility of product prices and Add To Cart buttons based on a visitor's country.
Using country targeting in Hide Elements, you can create rules for specific countries and control what visitors from those locations can see.
What you can do
With country-based Hide Elements, you can:
- Hide product prices based on visitor location
- Hide Add To Cart buttons based on visitor location
- Select one or multiple countries
- Combine country targeting with guest or customer-based rules
- Apply the rule to selected products, collections, or all products
How to set up country-based hiding
- Go to Shopify Admin → Apps → Wholesale Lock.
- Open Hide Elements from the left menu.
- Click Create hide element.
- Enter a name for your rule.
Under Hide elements, choose what you want to hide:
- Hide prices
- Hide Add To Cart button
You can enable the option that matches your requirement.
Choose who the rule applies to
Under Who does this apply to?, select the audience for your Hide Element rule.
Depending on your setup, this can include:
- Guest users who are not logged in
- Specific customers based on customer tags
- Specific customers based on email
Select countries
Under Countries, select the country or countries you want to include in the rule.
You can search for a country and add multiple countries when required.
Wholesale Lock Manager uses the visitor's geolocation to determine whether the Hide Element rule should apply.
For example, you can create a rule that hides prices or the Add To Cart button for visitors from selected countries while keeping them available elsewhere.
Select products or collections
Next, choose where the rule should apply.
Depending on your requirements, you can select:
- All products
- Selected products only
- Selected collections
You can also use the available exclusion options when applying a rule to all products.
Save the rule
Once you have configured the audience, countries, and products or collections, click Save.
The Hide Element rule will then apply based on the visitor's location and the other conditions configured in the rule.
Example
Suppose you want to hide product prices from visitors in selected countries.
You can configure the rule as:
- Hide element: Hide prices
- Applies to: Select the required countries
- Products: All products
Visitors matching these conditions will see the Hide Price experience configured in your Hide Elements Settings.
Similarly, you can create a rule to hide the Add To Cart button for visitors from selected countries.
Important Note
Country targeting works together with the other conditions configured in your Hide Element rule.
Make sure the correct countries and products or collections are selected before saving the rule.
