If you recently shifted your website to a new location, installed the app and didn’t add the code to liquid files or made any changes to your theme or code, the Wholesale Lock Manager might not work properly.
But, don’t panic, we are here to help. Check the following section to see how to solve your problem.
Automatic Install Not Working:
Automatic install doesn't support all themes, and it may have missed adding all the codes on the liquid files.
You need to give the staff access to themes@wholesalehelper.io & follow these steps.

How to give staff access to the Wholesale Helper team?
It’s really easy & takes less than 30 seconds
1. From your Shopify admin account, select ‘Settings’.
2. Click on ‘Plans and Permissions’.
3. Select ‘Add Staff’.
4. Please fill all the fields as shown below (email - themes@wholesalehelper.io)
You can now easily edit & control the permission you want to give us here. Use the checkboxes to choose the permissions that you need to provide for your integration request.
In the image below, we have highlighted the permissions that our team needs to proceed with your request here.Note: These permissions can be removed later once your request has been completed (The navigation option in the above image is optional).5. Click on ‘Send Invite’.
You can now email us at themes@wholesalehelper.io requesting a theme integration with your Store URL & we’ll help complete the integration

Locked Content Still Showing up in Search Results:
I created the lock but the products are still showing on the search results. How can I fix this?
In order to hide the products on the search results, you need to mark the checkboxes below inside the Lock setting.
- Click on ‘edit lock’.
- Under step 4, Lock Content, mark these checkboxes.
What do these checkboxes mean?
- Hide locked listings from products - By marking this checkbox, you'll hide the selected content from appearing on the products page
Note: This selection might not work if you are using any page builder app, cross-sell app, any app to show the recently viewed products etc. - Hide locked listings from search - By marking this checkbox, you'll hide the locked content from the search.
Note: This selection might not work if you are using any search filter app except "Product Filter & Search By Boost Commerce” and “Smart Search & Instant Search by Searchanise” apps. - Hide all links to locked content - By marking this checkbox, you'll hide any links to the locked content.
Note: This selection might not work if you are using a menu app.
