The file has to be in a very specific format to be processed properly. Please try the troubleshooting steps below:
- Check if the file’s type is still a CSV by checking the properties or details
You can typically do this by doing a right-click on the file from its folder and looking for ‘Info’ or ‘Properties’
- Verify that you have the right column headers in the first line of the file
The first line of your file must be a comma-separated list with the same names as those listed above in Column Details
- Verify the file’s contents are correctly formatted by opening it with a plain text editor
You may try using Notepad in Windows or TextEdit in Mac Sometimes if you use software like Mac’s Numbers to edit the file, the file’s contents get saved in a different format from the original file. For best results, make sure you save or “Export” your file as a CSV from such software.
If none of these work, contact us at email@example.com and attach the file that doesn’t work.
