How do I enable Wholesale Order Form for my online storefront?

First, install Wholesale Order Form app here and then follow these steps.

1. Go to the Shopify Admin panel and click Apps.
   
2. Select Wholesale Order Form & ReOrder.
3. Click Generate Order Form.
4. View the form on yourstoredomain.com/apps/shop. Have a look.
