How do I hide specific collections from specific customer groups on Wholesale Order Form?

You can control which collections appear in the collection filter on your order form. To do that, first, make sure your Product Restriction is set to Hide Collection From. If not, the below article can help you change the setting.

How do I show specific collections to specific customer groups on the Wholesale Order Form?

To hide a collection from specific customer groups:

  1. Go to the collection you want to hide and click the dropdown under Hide Collection From.MC_3.png
  2. Select a customer group from the drawer to hide the collection from,
    No Customers — Everyone will see the collection on the order form dropdown filter 
    All Customers — No one will see the collection on the order form dropdown filter
    Guest Users — Users who are not logged in will not see the collection in the dropdown
    Customer Tags — Select a list of customer tags who will not see the collection in the dropdown. Here's Shopify's guide on tagging customers.MC_4.png
  3. Click Save.
Important Note: Managing collections here only affects the collection filter in your order form (front-end). Products from that hidden collection may still be visible on the form.

If you'd like to hide the products inside the collection, go to the Manage Products tab in your WSH Order Form & ReOrder app, click on the "Filter by Collection" button. Once the products are listed, you may edit the restriction settings for them individually.
