You can easily create manual orders with the app and apply discounts smoothly.
- Click on Manual Orders from the left sidebar menu in your app dashboard.
- Then, click on Go to draft orders button.
- Select the draft order and choose Apply Wholesale Pricing Discount from the More Actions dropdown.

Q: Can I create manual orders for a secondary market?
No. Manual orders for secondary markets aren't supported on any plan, including the Global Plan. When a manual order is created, we don't receive the market's conversion rate from Shopify, so we can't reliably control the currency conversion. To avoid creating orders with incorrect pricing, we've disabled this rather than risk inaccurate charges.
Q: Why isn't this supported?
It comes down to a gap in what Shopify makes available. For automatic/checkout orders, the conversion rate is handled correctly. For manual orders, Shopify doesn't pass us the conversion rate, so we have no dependable way to apply the right market pricing. Supporting it anyway would risk charging customers incorrect amounts.
Q: Will manual orders for secondary markets be supported in the future?
Possibly. If Shopify introduces APIs or functionality that let us properly access and control the conversion process for manual orders, this is something we'd prioritize adding.
