The advanced shipping option is used to set specific shipping fees for your wholesale customers.
Note: You can only set advanced shipping rules for the discount groups that have a flat shipping rate.
For example, You want to set a flat shipping rate on the entire order if the minimum price of the order is $100 and the maximum price is $1000. Select the options shown below,

Similarly, you can also set a shipping rate as a percentage of the total price.

As you can see, when the minimum requirements are met for any rule, it applies the advanced shipping rate. Here, it applies a shipping rate of 20% of the final amount.
Similarly, when the minimum requirements for the second rule are met, it applies a shipping rate of 40% of the total price.
