To simplify this process, we provide a few theme integration and re-integrations at no additional cost as part of your Wholesale Helper subscription.
When do I need a theme update?
You should request a theme update from us in any of the following cases:
1. You publish a brand new theme.
2. You update your existing theme to a new version.
3. You duplicate your theme and want our apps installed on the duplicate.
4. You move a draft theme to live.
If you are unsure, our team can confirm whether a theme update is required.
Are theme updates free?
Yes, we offer a few theme integration and re-integrations for free per year. There are no hourly charges, complexity fees, or additional theme-based costs.
Fair use of free theme updates
Theme updates are free but require engineering time. To keep things fair and fast for all merchants, we follow a simple fair use policy.
If a store requests multiple theme integrations within a single month, we may:
(i) Reach out to understand your workflow
(ii) Suggest best practices to reduce repeated integrations
(iii) Help stabilize your setup
This guideline exists only to maintain high-quality support.
What’s not included in a free theme update?
Our free theme update covers the code installation required for Wholesale Helper apps.
It does NOT include:
1. General theme customization unrelated to our apps
2. Layout or design work
3. Fixing code added after our integration
4. Debugging unrelated third‑party apps or scripts
If an issue is outside scope, we will guide you on the next steps.
