For Wholesale Pricing Discount to function properly, customer accounts need to be enabled. This is to ensure that customers can log into your store and have the appropriate wholesale discounts applied to their account. Follow the steps below to enable customer accounts:
- From your Shopify admin panel, go to Settings.
- Select Customer accounts and click on Edit.
- Under the Accounts in online store and checkout section, tick the checkbox to show login link in the header of online store and at checkout.
- Choose which version of customer accounts would you like to use.
- Lastly, hit Save.
Classic customer accounts is more recommended but both versions work with our app.
