How can I set a minimum purchase quantity or purchase amount ($) message to apply a discount?

From the app dashboard, go to Settings.
Go to discount groups. Under the section Validation messages, you can set the message for both the quantity and the amount.
The message will be displayed on the cart page when a condition is not satisfied.
