Wholesale Pricing Discount uses the Shopify Draft Orders API. It is not possible to offer a price greater than the original price with the app or standard draft orders. It can only be discounted (i.e. made less) than the original price.
Note: Shopify itself doesn't allow setting a higher price than the sales price of a product.
