By default, the app considers the Compare at price as the base price while applying discounts or calculating shipping charges, as explained here. Here are the steps to change the default settings and apply discounts to the Sales price.
- Open the WSH Wholesale Pricing App and go to settings from the app's left sidebar menu.
- Under the General tab, you can see the Base price settings. Change the setting to Apply discounts to the sales price.
After this, the app will consider the Sales price as the base price while applying discounts or calculating shipping charges.
