To remove, please follow the steps below.
- Open the App's Dashboard and click on the 3 dots:
- Select About this app.
- Scroll the page down until you find the Delete app button and hit it
From there you can send us Staff Access and we can remove the code for you.
How to provide staff access to the Wholesale Helper team?
Please email us at themes@wholesalehelper.io with the subject line “Remove code and files for Wholesale Pricing Discount” and in the email body, include the store URL, the theme name and please specify if you want to remove the code and files yourself or want our team to do it for you.
The liquid templates that require changes are theme-specific so, we keep a track of all the liquid files where we modify the code that we can share with you and also the instructions with demo videos.
Please notice that the subscription will only be cancelled once the app is removed from the store. For any doubts, please reach out to themes@wholesalehelper.io
