First, you need to create a discount group. If you haven’t created a discount group yet, please follow the steps in the below article to create one.
How do I create a percentage discount?
If you have already created a discount group, follow the steps below.
- Go to the Customers tab from your Shopify admin.
- Click on the customer profile for which you want to add a discount.
- Under the tags section, add the same customer tag that is connected to your discount group (as shown in the images below).
