How do we add a description at the top of the page explaining the page to our customers?

A custom description can be displayed by switching it on and then providing the text from the Customize Form tab. This feature is available on the Professional plan or higher.

  1. Go to the Customize Form tab on the WSH Order Form & ReOrder app.
  2. Make sure to open the 'Components' settings group.

  3. Look for ‘Order form description’ and click the checkbox.
  4. Click ‘Save’ on the upper right corner.
  5. Now, scroll to the ’Text’ settings in the same window.

  6. Click on ‘Edit labels’. It will take you to the Edit Labels page
  7. Scroll to the 'Page title and descriptions' section

  8. Find ‘Custom description (order form)’ and edit the text there. Don't forget to hit 'Save' after all your changes.

You may also provide a custom description for the Reorders tab when you are on the Enterprise plan.
