There are a few possible reasons for this, described below:
Cart page validation is not enabled
First, make sure cart page validation is enabled. Here’s how:
How do I enable cart page validation?
Cart validation integration request is still pending
If you’ve just requested integration, it might not be done yet. You can tell if your request is pending when you see this banner on the Settings page:
Cart validation integration request was cancelled
Alternatively, your request might have been checked by our team and then cancelled. This can happen for a few reasons, including:
- Our team was not given staff access
- Third-party app conflict
- Theme-specific issue
- Your team cancelled the request
Reach out to us at themes@wholesalehelper.io so we can explore ways to make the integration work.
Theme or 3rd party app code conflict
If it is still not working, this is likely due to a theme or 3rd party app conflict. We cannot guarantee that it can work with your store’s conflicts, but we will do our best. Simply reach out to us with your request, by clicking Get support on the Settings page banner under Cart page validation, then follow the steps on the screen.
Your theme was changed or updated
The integration code has to be added to your store’s live theme. If you’ve switched to a different theme, our previously-added code might not be carried over. We can help out by doing the manual integration again on your new theme. Simply click ‘Get support’ on the Settings page banner under Cart page validation, then follow the steps on the screen.
