How to set up a Wholesale Signup Form to onboard new wholesale customers?

To invite customers to your wholesale store, you must create a Wholesale Signup Form. Wholesale Pricing Discount offers you many customization options to design your own wholesale signup form and display it to your users.

Important: The Wholesale Signup Form has been recently updated to its version 2. If you’re using the old Wholesale Signup form then the new Wholesale Signup form won’t be available to you unless you install the WPD app again.

Also, If you uninstall the WPD app, you won’t be able to recover the form customizations you previously did BUT you can customize your new Wholesale Signup form in more beautiful ways with v2 and display it to your users again.

To set up Wholesale Signup Form

Step 1: Open your Wholesale Pricing Discount app and go to the Wholesale signup form section.

Step 2: Go to Create tab and enter the basic requirements for your signup form.

Step 3: Enter your email address to receive notifications whenever a wholesale account is created in your store.

WSF_21.pngStep 4: Select a checkbox to approve wholesale signups manually.

Step 5: Now, click on the Save button.

To customize your Wholesale Signup Form

Step 1: Go to Customize tab in your Wholesale Signup Form feature

Step 2: Select the fields to include such as primary contact details, business details, and make them optional or exclude them from Wholesale Signup Form.

You can add up to 5 custom fields in your signup form (including the ‘file upload’ field).

Step 3: Enable/disable CAPTCHA in Wholesale Signup Form to protect your store from spam and password decryption.

Step 4: Customize all the labels & messages in the wholesale signup form to match your store’s language.

Step 5: Add Wholesale Helper branding to your Wholesale Signup Form

Step 6: Click on the Save button.
