Want to personalize your Net terms order confirmation emails to better reflect your brand or share more detailed order information with your customers? You can easily do this using the customizable email template.
Steps to Customize the Email Template
1. Navigate to the Net Terms feature from your WPD main dashboard
2. Scroll to Notification Settings
3. Check the box for “Send order confirmation email to customers from below address”
4. Enter the sender's email address
5. Click the “Edit email template” button (as shown in the above image)
This will open the editable email template like this:
Customize with Dynamic "Variables"
You can personalize this template by adding dynamic variables. These placeholders will be automatically replaced with relevant customer or order details.
