The Dedicated Wholesale Section is a separate wholesale storefront inside your Shopify store. Only registered wholesale customers can log in to it. This article shows where to find its settings and what each one does.
To design an excellent store that looks appealing to your customers, there are many Branding and Component settings or customizations you can do — from adding your logo to your Dedicated Wholesale Section to displaying retail and wholesale prices next to your wholesale product listings on the product page.
Where to find the settings
- In Shopify Admin, open WSH Wholesale Pricing from the Apps menu.
- Click Settings in the app menu.
- Select Wholesale Section.
Check the status from your dashboard
The app home page also shows a Dedicated Wholesale Section card. It tells you whether the section is Active and lets you copy its URL with one click.

1. Enable or disable the Dedicated Wholesale Section
This Settings > Wholesale Section > Enable/Disable Dedicated Wholesale Section card shows the current status (for example, "Dedicated Wholesale Section is now enabled").
- Click Disable to take the section offline. Customers won't be able to access it while it is disabled.
- Click Enable to turn it back on.
2. Dedicated Wholesale Section URL
Your wholesale section is available at a fixed URL in this format:
your-store.myshopify.com/apps/wpdapp/wholesale
- Click the copy icon to copy the URL, so you can share it with your wholesale customers.
- Click the open icon to preview the section in a new tab.

3. Customize the Dedicated Wholesale Section
The section automatically adapts to your store theme. To fine-tune it so it blends in with your brand, click Customize. The editor includes these options:
Here are the available customization settings for your Dedicated Wholesale Section:

Brand logo and colour settings for your entire wholesale section.

Retail Price settings - Show retail prices of products in your Dedicated Wholesale Section.

Wholesale Login Page - Enable or disable wholesale content such as Net terms, volume discounts, individual variant pricing, and more.

Wholesale section header settings - Enable or disable brand logo, heading, and highlighted points such as minimum cart requirements, Net Terms availability, etc.

Catalog page settings - Enable or disable the product collection filter, sorting menu, default product sorting option, and the # of products visible on one page.

Product page settings - Enable or disable displaying product descriptions and product images.

Wholesale Helper branding - Enable or disable displaying the Wholesale Helper badge in the footer section of your Dedicated Wholesale Section.
